1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange is applicable only for damaged or defective items.
- Customers must provide clear unboxing video proof in case of damage claims.
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handcrafted and limited pieces, the following are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during special offers or sale
- Minor variations in embroidery or color (as these are part of traditional craftsmanship)
- Orders placed with incorrect size or address provided by the customer
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock for exchange or in approved exceptional cases.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
